4. Apartment viewings arranged at the convenience of the prospective tenant. Dates, days and times of viewings arranged according to his/her wishes. This includes weekends and public holidays. Transportation is provided for viewings free of charge.
5. Organization of lease agreement negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial conditions for both tenant and landlord.
6. Preparation of all legal documentation necessary for the signing of the lease agreement, and for registration of the agreement with the appropriate municipal and fiscal authorities.
7. Assistance of tenant's Personal Manager with all aspects of moving and settling in.
8. Guaranteed selection of a new apartment within 3 months should the agreement be cancelled on the initiative of, or as a result of the fault of, the landlord.
9. Lease management – resolution of any disagreements and disputes throughout the entire period of the lease agreement.
10. Property management – 24 hour per day, 7 day per week service providing resolution of any technical problems and correction of any faults which may occur in the apartment.
